e3b34a9712 ci: build Android packages in release workflow 
Provision Java, Android SDK and NDK, and Rust Android targets in GitHub Actions. Initialize the Tauri Android project, build APK and AAB packages, upload workflow artifacts, and attach them to tagged releases. Document local Android packaging and signing requirements.

84fd2da49c feat: add integrations and mobile-ready setup 
Add bundled JSON quote fallback, responsive UI, Discord slash commands, Android setup documentation, and complete integration installation instructions. Set the Tauri application version to 1.1.0 for the release.

b079b2e31f docs: update project documentation, license, and release pipeline 
- Switched project license to CC BY-NC 4.0 to restrict commercial use and reselling.
- Updated README.md with contribution branching guidelines and PR merge requirements.
- Added instructions for manually modifying fallback quotes/text in src-tauri/src/lib.rs.
- Updated tech stack prerequisites to reflect cargo-tauri CLI usage.
- Clarified maintainer release tagging workflow for GitHub Actions CI/CD.
